We have been a partner of Hydraulink for the past 20 years. We were referred to the Hydraulink brand by a friend and as soon as we met some of the other operators in the network we knew Hydraulink was for us. Hydraulink presented as a good opportunity, as it allowed us to start a business with a mobile workshop without the need and cost of setting up a premises. We have set up Hydraulink outlets in 3 Australian states receiving unwavering support and service from staff and other owner operators.

We have had the opportunity to mix with likeminded people and have made many lifetime friends through the Hydraulink network. Hydraulink is a family orientated company that embraces not only us but also our family with our time a Hydraulink conferences being some of our most memorable family holidays. We have been partnered with a few different companies through our business ventures but Hydraulink definitely stands out as superior - we feel we are part of the Hydraulink family and most importantly, they supply a high quality, reliable & cost effective product, which at the end of the day is crucial for our customer satisfaction.

We use Hydraulink because the quality of the products is high and the service is always accommodating. The price is competitive and the service with regards to fulfilling orders is always reliable. Hydraulink have assisted us when a requested product is not in their catalogue. This has meant that I have been able to deliver a service which other providers have not been able to fulfil. In these times, without the support of the Hydraulink team, I too would not have been able to fulfil the customer’s needs.

What I enjoy most about working with Hydraulink is the ease of communications, follow up on any enquiries/issues and our supportive Area Rep who is invested in my success as well.
